OCWA in the Community

OCWA employees are part of their community. Not only are they the providers of clean, safe drinking water, but in most cases, they are the recipients as well. Because of this strong sense of community, many OCWA employees choose to support local events and initiatives. Employees organize food drives and support families during the holiday season, provide tours of the facilities and attend water festivals, and donate money and expertise to help local camps and ski hills upgrade their water systems. OCWA is also a continued supporter of the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup, with participants from several regional offices taking part in cleanups in their surrounding community.
