  • Developing training skills in the water (and wastewater) sector examines the process of teaching adults by focusing on the learning experience. The course aims to provide the essential knowledge and skills required to design and deliver interesting, relevant and enjoyable training programs. Adult learning principles and methods will be actively demonstrated, both in design and delivery. Group discussions, hands-on demonstrations, facilitator-led role plays and individual practice sessions will help participants learn by observing and by doing. As with all adult learning courses, active learning involves full participation and willingness to learn from others in the course. The target audience for this program is anyone that would like to build on their presentation skills, or anyone expected to deliver training as part of the job.
  • This course is beneficial for PCTs, subject experts, supervisors, and Operations managers.
